Our Co-Founders, Craig Stephens and Ian Ratcliffe, named Riva Lily after their daughters. Riva (Craig’s daughter) and Lily (Ian’s daughter).
At Riva Lily, our story begins with a shared passion for excellent service and a desire for exceptional marketing to capture buyers’ imagination. Founded by local and experienced agents who saw an opportunity to create a different kind of agency; one that prioritises client relationships, local expertise, and innovative solutions.
Our Beginnings
Riva Lily was born out of the desire to offer buyers and sellers a change. We were fed up that most estate agents still had a very old fashioned “1980s style” and had not moved with the times.
We recognised that buying and selling a home is one of the most significant decisions in a person’s life, and we wanted to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support throughout their journey.
Making sure we are available seven days a week to clients and offering mobile phone numbers rather than outdated landlines. Our founders, each bringing decades of experience in the estate agency business, combined their skills and knowledge to establish a company rooted in integrity, excellence, and community engagement.
Our Growth
Since our inception, Riva Lily has already grown from a small team of dedicated professionals to a leading Estate Agent agency in Leicestershire. Our success is driven by our commitment to understanding the unique needs of each client and our ability to adapt to the ever-changing real estate market.
